Endlessly Monitoring Computers
School IT departments constantly battle student attempts to bypass restrictions, leaving teachers distracted from teaching as they monitor computer use. Traditional software solutions fall short, failing to keep students safe and on task. That’s why Zipline took a different approach. We customized an operating system that ensures students can only use their computers for assigned work.
With all sites initially blocked, and functionality stripped down to only what you allow, students have no option but to stay focused. The search bar is removed, and any links leading to unauthorized sites are disabled. Now, IT departments can rest easy, and teachers can teach without constantly looking over their shoulders, confident that students are staying on task
Grading Worksheets
Math teachers have long relied on worksheets, but it’s time to move forward. Worksheets present several challenges: they take huge amounts of the teachers time to grade, students dislike them, making it hard to motivate completion; teachers can’t monitor every student at once, leading to unnoticed mistakes that lower grades and build bad habits; and even when errors are corrected, students often disregard the feedback.
That’s why Zipline created the Arcade. The Arcade is a math practice system that grades itself, provides immediate feedback, and integrates assignments with engaging games that students love—even offering multiplayer options. One-Size Fits All Education
The pandemic highlighted a longstanding issue: students in the same class have vastly different levels of ability. Teachers face a tough choice—teach to the average, risking some students falling behind or getting bored, or focus on struggling students at the expense of those ready to advance. There’s no easy answer, but technology can help. Zipline’s MathPath adapts to each student’s needs, offering tailored lessons and practice based on their strengths and weaknesses. MathPath moves students forward in areas they’re strong in and provides extra practice where needed, with optional instructional videos available. By using MathPath, teachers can ensure all students receive the support they need while keeping the entire class progressing
Pull Outs and Remediation
While MathPath is a great supplement for math, some students need a more comprehensive solution across subjects. That’s where Zipline’s curriculum steps in. We offer 3rd-7th grade courses in all core subjects, with more on the way. Each course features short, engaging videos, assessments, and practice opportunities. Zipline’s curriculum can serve as a full course for students needing extra help or those working at a different level than their peers. With automatic grading and easy access on any computer, students can continue with their regular classes while receiving the targeted instruction they need to succeed.

Social Emotional Learning
Many students struggle for various reasons, and understanding their emotional state is crucial. Zipline uses a validated SEL survey to generate bi-weekly reports that score students in four key SEL categories. These insights help you identify students facing social or emotional challenges and equip your team with the tools to support their overall growth.
GradeBook and LMS
Zipline is built for ease of use by teachers and administrators. We developed our own in-house grade book and Learning Management System (LMS), available for free to schools using any of our products. Arcade, MathPath, and classes automatically update grades in the grade book for easy access. The LMS also supports attendance tracking, report cards, computer management, and more—all in one user-friendly platform.
